CONFIDENT RUTO

President William Ruto has exuded confidence over his bid to defeat the opposition come the 2027 general elections.

Speaking to the residents of Narok on Wednesday, 7, May, Ruto used the term 'Nitawakaranga', which loosely translates, ' I will fry them '.
He was using this term insisting that he will beat any political outfit tailored to compete him in the elections. Stating this, the head of state compared his broad-based partnership with the former premier, Raila Odinga as bent on unity unlike the allegedly , ethnic based ,emerging opposition outfit,

"This Kenya has two groups. There’s our group, the broad-based one, made up of people who believe in the unity of Kenyans, people who believe in togetherness. But there is another group, on the other side, a group of hate, a group of tribalism, a group of division, they’ve come together again over there, trying to promote tribalism in our country. I want to tell those who trade in hate, tribalism, and division: we are ready to face you," he said.

The head of state continued, possibly calling out the opposition over their recent meetings ,and the most recent Wamunyoro visit, which attracted key opposition figures to former DP, Rigathi Gachagua's Nyeri home.
He also went on quoting his fulfilled projects as the defender of his second return in 2027.

"Are you saying we should unite Kenya or divide it? Should we come together or break apart? So we can fix agriculture and end hunger? Organise our children’s education and eliminate ignorance? Sort out the economy and wipe out poverty?... And don’t worry, as for the others, I’ll deal with them right here in front of you; they’ll be left stunned," the president added.

He further urged his criticizers to strategize their campaigns around agendas rather than abitrarily enforcing the dogma of making him a one term president.
