DCP YOUTH LEADER WANJIKU THIGA RELEASED ON BAIL
Democratic Change Party (DCP) youth leader Wanjiku Thiga has been released on bail following a court ruling at the Kiambu Law Courts.
Magistrate Gethi Kibiru granted Thiga a cash bail of KSh 50,000 and an alternative surety bond of KSh 200,000. The youth leader had been in custody pending investigations into undisclosed charges.
The court determined there were no compelling reasons to continue holding her, allowing her temporary freedom as the case proceeds.
