Global pop sensation Justin Bieber has made a dramatic return to the music scene with the release of his seventh studio album titled Swag, which dropped today, July 11, 2025.
The surprise release, available on all major streaming platforms, marks Bieber’s first full-length project in four years, following his 2021 album Justice. Swag features 20 introspective tracks with high-profile collaborations including Gunna, Sexyy Red, Dijon, 2 Chainz, Lil B, Druski, and Eddie Benjamin.
According to Pitchfork, the album dives deep into themes of fatherhood, mental health, marriage, and personal growth—offering fans a more vulnerable and soul-infused version of Bieber. The album’s standout songs include “Dadz Love,” “Therapy Session,” “Forgiveness,” and “Walking Away.”
Promotional billboards featuring Bieber, his wife Hailey, and their baby son Jack lit up Times Square and several cities globally on the eve of the release, sparking widespread online buzz.
Bieber began recording the album in 2022 and completed it in April 2025, reportedly finalizing the project during a trip to Iceland. His return comes after a period of personal challenges, including health setbacks, tour cancellations, and the end of his long-time partnership with manager Scooter Braun.
The album, distributed by Def Jam and Interscope, has already received early praise from critics for its honesty and artistic maturity.
Fans and industry observers alike are calling Swag Bieber’s most personal album to date—a testament to his evolution as an artist and individual.
“This is Bieber at his rawest,” wrote one reviewer. “He’s no longer chasing charts—he’s telling his truth.”
