UNRELEASED BEYONCE MUSIC STOLEN IN ATLANTA THEFT

Hard drives containing unreleased music by Beyoncé were stolen from her choreographer’s rental vehicle in Atlanta. The alleged theft occurred on the night of July 8, 2025, in Krog Street Market a parking area located east of downtown Atlanta, just two days before the Grammy Award winning musician’s Cowboy Carter Tour kicked off in Atlanta. Christopher Grant, Beyoncé’s choreographer, told officers that someone had broken the trunk window of his Jeep Wagoneer and stole two suitcases, along with hard drives containing unreleased, watermarked music. The stolen drives also held show plans, as well as past and upcoming set lists.

Beyoncé’s representatives, as of Monday when she was performing her fourth and final Atlanta show had not responded to request for comment. Grant said he was with one of Beyoncé’s dancers at the time of the incident. Police were able to track a laptop that had been in the SUV, and they gathered fingerprints from another vehicle seen moving with a pair of Air Pods allegedly stolen from the Jeep. Security cameras at the entrance of the parking facility captured the theft.

The police department said its larceny unit had obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect, who had not yet been apprehended. The suspects identity has not been made public. The theft happened as thousands of excited fans prepared to descend upon Atlanta for four star studded nights of the star’s tour at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
