The Public Service Commission (PSC) has directed all chief executives and human resource heads in government institutions to ensure full staff participation in a newly launched employee satisfaction and workplace environment survey.
The nationwide assessment, which runs from September 8 to 20, 2025, will cover ministries, state departments, constitutional commissions, independent offices, and statutory authorities.
According to PSC, the exercise seeks to establish a baseline satisfaction index that will guide policy reforms, improve service delivery, and enhance workplace governance and employee well-being.
“All CEOs are expected to mobilize their staff and ensure maximum participation in this crucial exercise,” the Commission stated.
The results of the survey will inform future interventions aimed at strengthening organizational culture, boosting efficiency, and promoting employee welfare across public institutions.
