Sensational TikTok star and radio presenter Azziad Nasenya is reportedly staring at the loss of her posh Kileleshwa home after failing to service a mortgage valued at KSh 25 million.
According to a gazette notice, the property — a 4-bedroom apartment with a servants’ quarter at Platinum Oak Residency, along Oloitoktok Road in Lavington — will be auctioned on October 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Jeevan Bharati Building in Nairobi.
The apartment, which covers about 256 square meters, is currently occupied. Auctioneers from Okuku Agencies outlined the sale conditions, stating that successful bidders will be required to pay a 10% deposit with the balance to be cleared within 90 days. In addition, prospective buyers must pay a refundable KSh 100,000 deposit to obtain a bidding number.
The development comes just weeks after Azziad was accused of borrowing money from friends and failing to pay them back. Reports indicate her mortgage default prompted the bank to move forward with the auction.
The developments have gone viral online, with some critics mocking and questioning her lavish lifestyle while others have rallied in support. Social media influencer Vera Sidika was notably singled out by Azziad as among those who showed genuine concern, often checking in on her.
