TRUMP DECLARES AGREEMENT REACHED TO END ISRAEL-GAZA WAR

US President Donald Trump has officially announced that he has reached an agreement with Israel to end the two-year conflict in Gaza. The deal centers on an exchange of Israeli hostages for Palestinian prisoners, breaking a months-long deadlock that has cost thousands of lives and displaced countless civilians.
President Trump, who played a key role in brokering the agreement, took to social media to confirm the breakthrough and outline the first phase of his peace plan. The plan requires Israel to withdraw its troops to a mutually agreed-upon line, signaling a de-escalation of hostilities.
“I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan,” Trump posted.
“This means that ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed-upon line as the first steps toward a Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace. All Parties will be treated fairly!”
Trump also expressed gratitude to mediators from Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey who helped facilitate the negotiations.vHe indicated he might travel to the region this weekend to support ongoing discussions.
“This is a great day for the Arab and Muslim world, Israel, all surrounding nations, and the United States of America,” he added. “Blessed are the peacemakers!”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced plans to hold a cabinet meeting on Thursday to formally approve the agreement.
The Israeli military expressed support for the deal and stated it was preparing to lead efforts to secure the release of hostages.
Hamas described the agreement as a step toward ending the conflict in Gaza and called for Israel’s withdrawal from the area.
Both Hamas and Qatar, which helped mediate the talks, said the agreement would enable humanitarian aid to enter Gaza.
