MILLY WA DOC CAUSE OF DEATH REVEALED

Milcah Nyatuga, popularly known as Milly Wa Doc, died on the evening of June 3, 2025, at Nakuru County Referral and Teaching Hospital. She was six months pregnant at the time of her death.

The 27-year-old digital content creator had been admitted on May 26, 2025, after being referred from a private facility due to excessive bleeding and severe abdominal pain linked to pregnancy complications.

Doctors performed emergency surgery to remove the fetus and control internal bleeding. Although she briefly stabilized post-surgery, her condition deteriorated, and she developed kidney failure and sepsis. Medical staff administered dialysis and antibiotics, but her health continued to decline.

“She was admitted in a fairly unstable condition,” said a medical officer familiar with her case. “Surgery was urgently required, but post-operatively, she developed kidney failure and a severe infection. Despite aggressive treatment, we were unable to save her.”

In April 2025, Milcah had been hospitalized with a similar case but left the facility against medical advice. Hospital staff said she declined admission due to personal reasons, expressing mistrust and opting instead for home-based care.

Milcah gained prominence on TikTok through content highlighting her romantic relationship with her husband, known as Zac. She became known for affectionate gestures captured on camera, such as feeding him during livestreams, which endeared her to a wide online audience.

However, just a month after their wedding, Milcah disclosed that the marriage had collapsed. She publicly accused her ex-husband, a licensed medical practitioner, of mistreatment, manipulation, and threats to her life.

In one of her final videos, Milcah claimed her ex-partner injected her with an unidentified drug and said to her, “Nitakudunga dawa na ukufe polepole na watu wasijue ni mimi.”She also expressed emotional exhaustion, saying, “Mimi penye nimefika nimechoka. I dated a narcissist and I didn’t know.”

Subsequently, Milcah also alleged her ex-husband engaged in unprofessional behavior at work, including taking nude photos of sedated patients. She revealed she had received threats from his ex-girlfriends as well as from some of his medical colleagues after exposing the misconduct.

Her followers were shocked by her emotional confessions and the series of alarming revelations shared on social media in the weeks leading to her death.

Medical officials have confirmed that her cause of death was complications related to pregnancy. However, due to the public claims made by the deceased, some online users are now calling for further investigation.

Milcah's death has left a deep emotional impact on her fans and the content creation community. Her courage to speak out, even during her final days, continues to spark conversations about digital vulnerability, domestic abuse, and women’s health.
